ABOUT ME
I'm Naomi and I like to design and rollout product solutions that are grounded in data, advocate for the user, and create meaningful impact for the business.
I'm currently a Product Operations at UberEats, where I aim to improve product impact on a global scale. On a daily basis, I work closely with both Tech (Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers) and Operations (Business Operators and General Managers) partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout and iterate on products.
Previously, I studied at the Ivey Business School where I learned about the different types of problems and priorities that a company can have and how to solve them. Over the years, I have designed strategic marketing initiatives to help businesses and brands, such as Google Food and the Bank of Montreal, better understand, engage, and grow with their users. More recently, I tackled growth and design projects at Brightspark Ventures, helping over 2,000 users easily invest in venture capital through a proprietary online platform.
I love being at the intersection of business, tech, and design. Given the increasing adoption of digital products and services, I believe that creating seamless, delightful, and accessible user experiences that are grounded in user research and data, is critical to the success of a product.
BEYOND THE 9 TO 5
I have a big heart and curious mind for technology and sustainable development - I'm inspired by the future and what it could be.
You can find me reading, playing sports to avoid going to the gym, sketching the latest runway designs, and exploring my city through food.
Latest obsession(s): Formula 1 and cooking pasta.
